Celebrating the efforts of Rotarians over the years in the area of polio eradication
We participated in the 8.1 km walk around Ikeja axis of Lagos State along with Rotarians from other clubs in the district on Saturday, October 20. it was a programme of the Nigeria National polio Plus Committee.
Our club added colour to the walk by providing traditional dancers on stilts and over 15 members of the club participated ion the walk which took us through high density populated communities.
We raised awareness and also distributed pluses to the children. We also organized a lecture on Wednesday, October 24, which was taken by Rotarian Dr. Bayo Windapo, also a member of the club.
