Recognition of two ladies; a Traffic Warden and a Thrift Collector in Maryland and Mende.
The Traffic Warden, Jummai Musa was recognized for her diligence in traffic control at the Maryland/Ikorodu Road intersection in Lagos. She has contributed immensely to the free flow of traffic in the ever busy intersection. Many commuters in that axis have commended her dedication to duty and positive attitude to her vocation whenever she’s on the beat. The Thrift Collector, Bukola Ogundimu has contributed to support for local economy and poverty alleviation by her thrift collecting activities among small businesses in Anthony Village and Mende communities. She has also acted as a bridge between them and Micro Finance Banks.
