RENOVATION OF A BLOCK OF 4 CLASSROOMS, CONSTRUCTION OF SICKBAY AND TOILET FACILITIES.
ST. Joseph Senior Secondary School, Ishaga, Mushin, Lagos is a mixed student public school with 1,480 students in population. We Renovated a dilapidated block of 4 classrooms involving Roof, Ceilings, Window, Doors, Floor, electrification, walls, external and painting with block foot print of 384m2 Club members also donated white boards, benches and chairs for use in this newly renovated building. Donation of sanitary towels was also giving to female students of this school.
A sickbay also was constructed and equipped for the use of the students. The dilapidated Toilet facility on the premises was also renovated and connected with borehole water so as to keep the facility hygienic and good for use. The commissioning date was a DG’s visit and presentation of charter certificate was done to newly formed interact club of the school. The project covers three area of focus namely Basic Education and Literacy, water and sanitation, Disease prevention and Treatment, and New Generation.
