The project is the donation of a two room solely financed and fully equipped medical cabin to the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board, Yaba, Lagos and its community around.
This project was born out of a needs assessment of no primary health care facility in this area which is dominantly resident by lots of school, motor parks, offices and residential areas. It was also discovered that the Lagos State Primary Health care board also do not have any facility to take care of its staff in emergency health situations as a staff lost her life to high blood pressure due to the lack of a medical facility.
The reason for sitting this project at its location is also for sustainability and good management. The cabin has two rooms, a toilet and kitchenett and fully equipped with medical equipment and supplies.
