It is a periodic meeting of members to deliberate on key issues affecting the club
This took place on Saturday, December 1, in the residence of Past President Sola Adenuga Taiwo. There were 30 club members present at the over eight hours assembly. Issues discussed ranges from membership especially the retention of the newly inducted members, top on the list was the upcoming 1oth anniversary celebration of our Ososa micro finance project and our contributions to The Rotary Foundation.
Several calender dates were notified for various important events affecting members and their families during the Rotary year. Several committees were also nominated for effective planning of these events.
The effective execution of many of these events will be key in the engagements and retention of our new Rotarians, finally we discussed the modalities of our drive to increase membership towards the attainment of the mega club status by the end of this Rotary year.
